It was a good stay, nice and incredibly friendly place. Very friendly and efficient staff, offered us wake up calls and ironing. Comfortable and unbeatable location - only a short distance to everywhere we needed. Had tea and goodies at La Farina Bakery, nestled 1 km of the hotel. We enjoyed a great restaurant with a local menu.

Good location near the highway made it easy to explore the area. The Queen Room was comfortable and spacious, with a big mirror and nice bathroom amenities. Unfortunately, the breakfast was lacking, with limited seating and a small selection. Customer service issues arose when we had complications with our room reservation-overbooking led to significant frustration, although the manager did eventually help us find a solution.

my stay was pleasant, as the friendly staff made me feel welcome, and the great price allowed me to explore nearby attractions like the bud light amphitheatre which is just over 2 km away while enjoying relaxing walks in the parks that are easy to access from the hotel.

It made our trip to Baldwinsville a very enjoyable experience. Everything was perfectly fine, breakfast was great. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable with very comfortable bed, the staff were very amiable and efficient.
